I see shattered you see whole, I see broken you see beautiful. The first lines of Clean by Natalie Grant. When I first heard this song playing on the radio on my drive to an appointment, I thought it was a love song. I guess you can say it is but not in the traditional sense. This was playing on The Message, a Sirius XM Christian music station. The words and the manner in which it was sung made my hairs stand up and my heart skip a beat. I try not to share songs twice in one week, but this one is AMAZING and I just couldn’t wait. Someone needs this one today! Have no doubt that God loves you this much – NO MATTER WHAT!

The King of the world. Did we forget? I often find myself trying to make people understand they are not in control, God is. My famous last words always seem to be ” just go with the flow.” I guess for people with a strong faith going with the flow comes easy.
A beautiful song by Natalie Grant was recently shared in one of my discussion groups and I wanted to share it with you. I also thought it was fitting to post as we approach the end of the liturgical year this weekend.
I hope you enjoy The King of the World by Natalie Grant. Ponder her words. Think deeply about the limitations we place on God when we do not surrender to His will.
